Our Cake Slices
We supply a wide range of cake slices including cherry slice, carrot cake, farmhouse fruitcake, lemon slice, paradise slice, Belgian chocolate fudge cake, caramel slice and oatcake fingers. All slices can be supplied ambient (6-8 week shelf life) or frozen and are packed in boxes of 20 unless otherwise stated.

Farmhouse
Fruitcake
A traditional heavily fruited farmhouse-style cake made from scratch by our skilled bakers. We use the finest dried fruits and soak them in beer before adding them to our cake batter. Each cake is then decorated by hand with a generous sprinkling of nibbed walnuts.

Belgian
Chocolate Fudge Cake
A deliciously rich chocolate sponge enriched with the darkest cocoa powder. We import the finest 72% Cocoa Solids Plain Chocolate from Belgium to create our luxury fudge topping and then comb the fudge onto the cake by hand and decorate with a flaked chocolate bar.

Slice
A butter enriched shortcake base topped by hand with our own recipe all-butter caramel and then decorated by hand. Packed in 24's. |

A honey enriched oatcake made with oats and golden syrup and packed with rice crispies for added crunch. Packed in 24's.
